4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Please ensure your payment information is accurate to avoid delays in processing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Area: Australia only.
• Shipping Fees: Orders below AUD 150 incur a shipping fee of AUD 12.99; orders of AUD 150 or above (inclusive) qualify for free shipping.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are expected to arrive within 6-9 business days from the date of shipment.
• Carriers: StarTrack, DHL Express, Australia Post.
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) from Monday to Friday are processed the same day; orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-business days are processed on the next business day.
• Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information. You can track your order on the “Track My Order” page using your email address or phone number and the order number.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
• Orders placed beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled directly; we recommend waiting for delivery and then following the return process for a refund.
• Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will process it promptly. If eligible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 8-10 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Validity Period: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 35 days of receiving the product.
• Applicable Situations: Includes product defects, quality issues, odors, noticeable color differences, incorrect items, or no-reason returns.
• Return/Exchange Process:
  • Contact customer support with your order number, payment proof, reason for return/exchange, and relevant photos or videos;
  • Customer support will review the request and provide a return address;
  • Package the product along with all accessories, materials, and return labels securely, then ship to the designated address;
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will immediately process the request: replacement items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 8-10 business days.
• Return Labels: We provide return labels for safe and trackable shipping. Please attach the label to your package.
• Shipping Fees: For defective or incorrect products, shipping fees are covered by us; for no-reason returns, shipping fees are borne by the customer.
