1. How do I place an order?
You can browse products on our website, add the items you want to your shopping cart, fill in your shipping information, and complete payment. Once your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and shipping information.

- Shipping fees: Free shipping for orders of AUD 150 or more; AUD 12.99 shipping fee for orders below AUD 150.

- Estimated delivery: 6-9 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Carriers: StarTrack, DHL Express, Australia Post.
You can track your order in real time using the “Track My Order” page by entering your order number along with your email or phone number.
4. Can I cancel my order?
- Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be canceled directly.
- Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled; in this case, you may request a refund via the returns process after receiving the order.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be returned to the original payment method within 8-10 business days.
5. How do I return or exchange items?
- Return period: within 35 days of receiving the item.
- Eligible reasons: appearance defects, quality issues, odors, significant color differences, wrong items sent, or no reason.
- Process: Contact customer service → Provide order details and relevant photos/videos → Receive return address → Send the item with all accessories and return label → Item is inspected → Refund or exchange processed.
